I am in-nework for a select number of insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, and United Healthcare.

If you prefer to pay out-of-pocket, my fee schedule changes periodically so please call for my current rates. I also offer sliding scale fee arrangements if your income qualifies.

You may use funds from your Health Savings Acount or Flexible Spending Account for payment of fees, co-pays and deductibles.
